As Chief Executive Officer at MediVector, Inc., Api Rudich provides leadership in the MediVector team’s efforts to reduce the time it takes to prepare a drug candidate for an NDA while effectively monetizing a platform. Mr. Rudich works in close cooperation with industry leaders as well as national, state, local, and industry stakeholders to ensure continued support of projects the team supports.
Carol R. Epstein, M.D.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at MediVector, Inc., Carol Epstein is responsible for overseeing clinical and regulatory development, as well as development and implementation of MediVector’s proprietary clinical trial management, data gathering and reporting software, Socratessm.
Robert P. Lenk, Ph.D.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at MediVector, Inc., Dr. Lenk advises senior management on strategy from a scientific perspective. His responsibilities include the evaluation of new technology, support the development team, interface with the broader scientific community, and the oversight of manufacturing.
Orhan Karsligil, Ph.D.
As the Chief Information Officer at MediVector, Inc., Orhan Karsligil is responsible for managing the IT department including the internal software development group. The IT department is responsible for all aspects of the infrastructure, including cloud-based services, business continuity and related activities. The software group is responsible for developing MediVector’s proprietary clinical information systems.
As Vice President and General Manager of Government Relations at MediVector, Inc., Anthony Gargano provides total program management oversight for the costs and schedule to ensure the contract requirements are being met.

As Vice President of Regulatory and Quality Affairs at MediVector, Inc., Mr. Morgan is responsible for the maintenance of corporate IND and NDA submission activities, the management of operating budgets for the regulatory affairs/quality and direct interaction with government agencies.
As Vice President of Finance and Administration at MediVector, Inc., Sean Mack is responsible for finance, human resources, purchasing and all administrative activities.
